We got great value for our money at this beautiful villa. The room was excellent - clean, comfortable, and with fantastic views. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sandy beach and a lovely restaurant nearby. The staff, especially Anna, was friendly and attentive.
The only suggestion for improvement would be to expand the menu for breakfast.

I absolutely loved the elegant and tasteful decoration of the villa. The beautiful furniture and artwork created such a warm and luxurious atmosphere, making me feel like a queen during my stay. The general areas of the hotel were also well maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself, with ramps and handrails in place to ensure safety and comfort.
It would have been even better if there were more activities or programs specifically designed for senior guests. Perhaps some gentle exercise classes or organized outings that cater to our needs and interests.

I recently stayed at Filon Ktima in Karavados for a relaxing break. The property is absolutely gorgeous, set in lovely grounds with a great ocean view from one of the two balconies. The sound of the ocean and wildlife at night was mesmerizing and calming. The house itself is a gem, with plenty of natural light and a bright, airy feel. Anna, the owner, was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to a beautiful beach and within walking distance of two tavernas.
100% Recommend this hotel.

We were thrilled to discover the secluded Agios Thomas beach just a stone's throw away from the villa. The kids had an absolute blast building sandcastles and splashing in the crystal-clear waters. The peaceful atmosphere made it feel like our own private paradise, shared only with other guests in our party. The breathtaking views of the sea and mountains added an extra touch of serenity to our stay. It truly felt like a slice of heaven on earth.
In my wife's opinion, the villa could benefit from some additional safety features for families with young children. Specifically, the railings around the property were a bit dangerous for toddlers and babies.

We had a fantastic time staying at this villa! The location is perfect, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. The area is peaceful and quiet, ideal for a relaxing getaway. There are also two tavernas within walking distance, and plenty more options nearby with a car. The villa itself is well-equipped, with a spacious kitchen and a stunning view of the mountains and sea. We especially enjoyed spending evenings on the balcony with a drink. The host was incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. a great choice for a group of four like us.
Nothing bad to say.

The unique design and spotlessly clean interiors made us feel right at home. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and the spacious outdoor area. We also couldn't get enough of the gorgeous views surrounding the property. Being just a short 5-minute walk away from the beach was an absolute delight, and we even discovered a lovely restaurant called "Dennis" within a 20-minute walk along Trapezaki beach. the location and facilities of this place were unbeatable for a family getaway!
For dads it would be great to have more safety features in place, especially for families with small children. The railings around the property were quite dangerous for our toddlers, as our little boy could easily crawl under them and it was a significant drop of about 3 meters.

Everything worked and was well maintained. Views were spectacular and the villa itself was well thought out in regards to its layout. The property is gorgeous and set in lovely grounds with a great look of the ocean from one of the balconies. The sound of the ocean and wildlife at night are mesmerizing and calming, if it’s a relaxing break you want it’s perfect. The lighting in the house and the gardens are perfect and plentiful along with the internal decor making the house feel bright and airy with plenty of natural light.
Some of the fittings were dated, TV, some windows needed repairs to fitted netting etc. On a Sunday the local beach bar switches to a nightclub for the locals, this was quite loud and went long into the night, the only saving grace were the windows that did cut out the majority of the noise but at the cost of making the villa too hot.

We were also impressed by the well-maintained grounds and the private, spacious layout of the villa. It truly felt like a gem. Cons: Nothing to mention 🌟.
